Cornerstone Gym provides fitness, boxing, strength and conditioning, sports performance, and wellness-related services. Participation in any activity is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

All members, guests, and participants agree to use the facility, equipment, and services responsibly and in accordance with staff instruction and posted gym rules.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical training, boxing, sparring, conditioning, and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury

• Illness

• Property damage

• Permanent disability

• Death

By participating in Cornerstone Gym activities, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

3. Memberships & Payments

Memberships, training packages, and service purchases are subject to the pricing, billing, and cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase.

Cornerstone Gym reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing or membership structures

• Update class schedules or operating hours

• Refuse or revoke membership for violations of gym policies or unsafe behavior

• Suspend services for unpaid balances or failed payments

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Training sessions, classes, and appointments may require advance scheduling.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable fees in accordance with gym policy.

Cornerstone Gym reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes, events, coaches, or programming as needed.

5. Conduct & Facility Rules

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all participants agree to:

• Treat staff, coaches, members, and guests respectfully

• Follow all staff instruction and safety guidance

• Use equipment appropriately and responsibly

• Maintain appropriate hygiene and attire

• Refrain from harassment, violence, discrimination, or disruptive conduct

Cornerstone Gym reserves the right to deny access, remove, suspend, or terminate participation for conduct deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive to the facility or community.

6. Medical Responsibility

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically fit to participate in training activities.

Cornerstone Gym does not provide medical advice or medical services. Participants should consult a physician before engaging in strenuous physical activity.

Participants agree to disclose any known medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect safe participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Gym, KS Athletics LLC, its owners, coaches, staff, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from:

• Participation in gym activities

• Use of equipment or facilities

• Attendance at classes, events, or programs

• Transportation to or from events or activities

• Use of the website or digital services

This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Photography & Media

Cornerstone Gym may photograph or record training sessions, classes, or events for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.

Participants who do not wish to appear in media content must notify staff in writing prior to participation.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, graphics, website content, training materials, videos, and media associated with Cornerstone Gym are the property of KS Athletics LLC unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Third-Party Services

Cornerstone Gym may utilize third-party software, scheduling systems, payment processors, communication tools, or partner platforms.

Cornerstone Gym is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or issues caused by third-party providers or systems outside of our direct control.
